Bob Dylan Wins Nobel Prize for Literature Today

Bob Dylan, 75, was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature today. It is the first time the honor has gone to a musician. In its citation, the Swedish Academy credited Mr. Dylan with “having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition.” Bob Dylan has entertained many people of this Nation and the World with his music for the past half-century. Congrats to Bob, who like the Energizer Bunny, he just keeps going.
